Refund policy

When we refund a payment for Paysweep. Last updated 25 October 2026. Paysweep is provided by Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye. This page repeats the refund rules in the terms of service (clause 8) in one place.

Who takes the payment

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the seller and merchant of record for all orders: it takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and issues refunds. You can ask us or Paddle for a refund. We approve every refund this policy allows.

Pass: $39 once, excl. VAT/sales tax, 7 days, up to 300 payments

• If you have not recorded any payments with the pass, you may ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and we will give it.
• Once payments have been recorded with the pass, it is not refundable, because the work it paid for has been done.

Monthly plan: $19 per organisation per month, excl. VAT/sales tax

• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not refund part of a period that has begun.

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email support@atesensoftware.com from the address you paid with, and include the order number from your Paddle receipt. We answer within 2 business days.

Your rights under the law

This policy does not take away any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you, or under Paddle’s buyer terms. Where either gives you more, that applies.
