Each plan belongs to one Xero organisation, so “Buy the pass” and “Subscribe monthly” first connect it through Xero’s sign-in and then open that plan’s checkout step in the app. Prices excl. VAT/sales tax.
Which one?
A one-off clean-up of up to 300 payments, without a subscription: the $39 pass (excl. VAT/sales tax). It covers one organisation for 7 days from purchase and ends by itself.
More than 300 payments, or a remittance file every week: the $19 monthly plan (excl. VAT/sales tax). It has no payment limit and you can cancel any time. A first month of it costs less than the pass, so if you are happy to cancel it yourself, it is the cheaper way to do a single clean-up as well.

Each plan belongs to one organisation, so every button starts by connecting it through Xero; Buy the pass and Subscribe monthly then open that plan in the app. By connecting, you agree to the Terms and the Privacy policy.
What counts
One payment recorded in Xero counts once. Rows that were skipped, failed, were refused by Xero or were marked for review are not counted, and neither is Undo.
What every plan includes
- The same checks. Invoices, amounts due, accounts, currencies and the lock date are checked against your organisation before anything is sent. How that works.
- A preview before every run. The payments that are ready with the total per currency, and the rows to fix with their row numbers.
- An audit log and a result CSV. The outcome of every row, with a link to the invoice or bill in Xero or the reason it failed.
- Undo for 30 days. It does not use up the plan’s payments.
Limits, stated plainly
- Payments only. Paysweep records payments on existing approved invoices and bills. It does not create invoices, bills or contacts, and it does not reconcile bank statement lines.
- Invoices must be approved. Each row must name one approved invoice or bill with something due. Drafts are not paid.
- File size. Up to 5,000 rows in a file and 2,500 payments in one run. Larger loads go in several files.
- The pass is for one organisation and for 7 days from purchase. It covers up to 300 payments. The monthly plan is priced per organisation, so two organisations on one sign-in are two plans.
- Speed depends on Xero. Paysweep stays under 95% of Xero’s daily call cap for the organisation. A run pauses when the day’s budget runs out and carries on the next day.
- Paysweep is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Xero.
Billing details
- Currency
- US dollars. Your bank may convert at its own rate and add a fee.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies, Paddle adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay.
- Seller
- Paddle is the seller and merchant of record. It takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles VAT and sales tax. Card details go to Paddle and never reach Paysweep.
- Cancelling
- The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds
- A pass can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not recorded any payments since buying it. Part of a monthly period that has begun is not refunded. Details are in the refund policy.
